POSITION SUMMARYThe Program Manager, Community Respite Services,
is responsible for managing the community respite provider network
at Anthony's Villa Inc. This role involves attracting new respite
providers, overseeing their onboarding and training, managing
billing and reimbursement, handling client referrals, and ensuring
the financial health of the program. The Program Manager will work
closely with providers to enhance service delivery, supporting the
overall mission of Anthony's Villa to create a brighter future for
everyone. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe essential
functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage
Community Respite Provider NetworkOversee the daily operations and
management of the community respite provider network.Ensure that
all respite providers adhere to the standards and protocols set by
Anthony's Villa.Monitor the performance of respite providers and
address any issues promptly. Attract New Respite ProvidersDevelop
and implement strategies to attract new respite providers to expand
the network.Conduct outreach and networking activities to identify
potential respite providers.Evaluate and select qualified
candidates to join the respite provider network. Manage Onboarding
and Training of Community Respite ProvidersOversee the onboarding
process for new respite providers, ensuring they are fully
integrated into the network.Develop and deliver training programs
to equip providers with the necessary skills and
knowledge.Regularly update training materials to reflect best
practices and regulatory requirements. Manage Billing and
Reimbursement for Respite ProvidersOversee the billing process for
respite services, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.Manage
reimbursement procedures to ensure providers are compensated
promptly.Maintain accurate financial records and address any
billing issues. Manage Respite Client ReferralsHandle the referral
process for respite clients, ensuring timely and appropriate
placements.Work with caregivers and referral sources to match
clients with suitable respite providers.Maintain records of client
referrals and placements. Manage P&L for Community Respite
ProvidersOversee the financial performance of the community respite
provider network.Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the program
remains financially viable.Prepare and present financial reports to
senior management. Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with
primary caregivers to provide updates on clients' activities and
well-being during respite stays.Collaborate with other staff
members to ensure comprehensive care and support for
clients.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay
informed about best practices and organizational
policies.Communicate effectively with clients' families and support
networks to facilitate smooth transitions to and from respite care.
Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improving respite
care services to enhance client satisfaction and caregiver
support.Develop and implement strategies to streamline respite care
procedures and reduce barriers to access.Stay current with best
practices and emerging trends in respite care to keep the
organization's services up to date.Provide feedback and
recommendations to senior management on ways to improve respite
care services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
ABILITIES)Bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare
administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of
experience in program management, caregiving, or a related
field.Strong knowledge of caregiving practices and
techniques.Excellent organizational and time management
skills.Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health
records (EHR) systems.Strong assessment and documentation
skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of
relevant regulations and compliance standards in caregiving and
respite care.Financial acumen to manage P&L, billing, and
reimbursement processes.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTMust
be able to sit and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift
and carry up to 50 pounds. Work is primarily performed in a group
home or residential setting, with occasional travel to various
locations for meetings and events. May be required to work evenings
