Lourdes University is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.--- Be part of a mission-driven institution dedicated to holistic education and community engagement.--- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.--- A supportive and inclusive work environment.--- Competitive compensation and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:--- Provide individualized financial aid counseling to current and prospective students and their families.--- Assist students with the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and other required documentation.--- Analyze and verify financial aid applications in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.--- Determine student eligibility for financial aid programs and prepare award packages.--- Conduct financial literacy workshops and presentations to educate students on budgeting, loan management, and scholarship opportunities.--- Collaborate with Admissions and Enrollment Management teams to support recruitment and retention initiatives.--- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.--- Stay informed of changes in financial aid regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Requirements:Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Education, Business Administration) required.--- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial aid, higher education, or a related field preferred, but not required--- Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and processes.--- Proficiency in financial aid management systems (e.g., Ellucian Colleague) and Microsoft Office Suite.--- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.--- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.--- Lourdes alumnae are encouraged to apply.--- Commitment to providing exceptional service to diverse student populations.PIb7ac4823af22-25660-36478066
