Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead
their growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to
drive pipeline and achieve company objectives
Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing
campaigns while leveraging data for continuous improvement
Lead and mentor a marketing team, collaborating with
cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success in marketing and/or growth at a small startup
company
Experience setting up marketing and growth infrastructure,
including paid ads and CRM systems
Knowledge of A/B testing top-of-funnel strategies and optimizing
quickly
Startup experience
Preferred experience managing Hubspot and within the ecommerce
ecosystem, especially Shopify
