  HAVE Epic and Careport experience
  MUST HAVE current acute care case management leadership experience (2 year minimum required)
  MUST HAVE inpatient hospital case management experience
  MUST HAVE discharge planning and utilization management experience
  MUST HAVE case management experience, no time to train on the basics
  MUST HAVE RN or LMSW license Master's degree required for LMSW;
