If this sounds like the marketing opportunity that you've been looking for, apply now!ResponsibilitiesAs the Chief Marketing Officer (located at our admin building in Cuyahoga Heights, OH), your day is spent developing and guiding our overall marketing strategy. You'll lead a four-member department in creating tactical plans for the direction marketing is moving, as well as manage the budget for various marketing campaigns. As a member of the executive staff, you'll contribute to the overall management of the credit union.You'll lead the marketing department by:

• Directing all marketing campaigns as part of a cohesive marketing strategy throughout the calendar year
• Hiring, training, and leading a four-person marketing team in all marketing duties
• Developing and implementing strategic plans designed to meet the credit union's short and long-term marketing objectives.Qualifications for a Chief Marketing Officer
• Five to 10 years of related experience
• A bachelor's degree in marketing
• Proficiency with marketing-related technology and software systems
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Each weekday shift is 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
