• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required for certain units)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (required for all candidates)
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (required for certain units)
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (required for certain units)
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy (preferred, not required for Oncology)
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (preferred, not required for ER)
• Tech Cert Verification - National (required for certain technical positions)
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement (required annually)
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing (required for all Nursing positions except OR)
• State License 1 Verification (required)
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification (required for certain units)
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required as applicable by Profession)
• Competency Exam (required within 12 months of start, and updated annually)

  • Job Details
  • Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
  • Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
  • PBDS Assessment - waived
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
    • Job Requirements
    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
    • *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
