Certification Details
Required Certifications for Med/Surg and Telemetry units (details provided in Additional Information section).
- Job Details
- Cleveland Clinic- Akron General Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN
- Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am
- Minimum of 18 months RECENT PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel.
- Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
  - Job Requirements
  - MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  - AHA BLS & ACLS required
    - Schedule Information
    - Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am
      - Unit Specific Information
      - Experience in Med/Surg Telemetry unit required.
        
        Additional Details
        
        Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
        
        OR Tech First Assistants (CSFA) and RNFAs are required to have a Driver's License.
        
        Must be reviewed and signed by all CSFA and RNFA candidates prior to start.
