Physical Therapist Assistant Looking for PRN PTA coverage for weekend treatments when needed, vacation/PTO days, and call offs. Job Summary: Join our in-house therapy team! Our facility located in Lorain is easily accessible from Rt 2 and Rt 6. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results! The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. Responsibilities: - Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical well-being.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
