• Employment Type: Local ContractRequired Skills & Experience:-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.-Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.-Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Required Education:-Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.Preferred Education:-Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).Required Certification & Licensure:-Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.-BLSCertifications & Licenses: ACLS ProviderBLSNIHSSRN License*ACLS, NIHSS Required *At least 1-2 years of ICU experience (experience with vents and bezoactive drips) *CCRN Cert Preferred *Previous experience in a medical ICU preferred *Experience with dialysis, CRRT, Chest Tubes, Continual Renal Replacement a strong plus. *20 bed Medical ICU *Avg, 2:1 *Residents on the unitMetaSense, Inc.
