Job Description:

We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join our healthcare team and meet the growing care demand in the surrounding community. Practice Setting: Value-based care provider founded in 2000, owned by 90 physicians Private, multi-specialty group of over 300 providers and cancer care team 9 exam rooms and 16 chemotherapy chairs onsite Each physician has their own MA and RN 50/50 split between medical Oncology and Hematology Schedule: 4-day work week Call is shared 1:4 weeks; weekend call includes 2-4 inpatient consults per day, with rare in-person consults Compensation and Benefits: Annual base salary with wRVU-based performance incentives Call compensation is $400 per day for consult call ($2,800 per month) Full employment benefits package including relocation allowance and signing/commencement bonus Retention bonus and loan forgiveness opportunities Location: Reside in a friendly, lake-front community with a relaxed pace of life Access to beautiful parks, trails, and recreational areas for hiking, biking, and nature exploration Located less than 1 hour from Toledo and other major metropolitan cities JN -062024-31158
