Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager (People Operations, HRIS,
Payroll).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful delivery
of products and solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and achieve
project goals within budgets and timelines
Develop and implement tools and programs to enhance People +
Culture functions and strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in professional services management,
particularly in Payroll, HRIS, or People Operations
Experience as an HRBP or generalist in both SMB and enterprise
organizations
Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts
Expertise in at least one area such as Talent Optimization,
Employee Experience, or Strategic Workforce Planning
