Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Lawyer for a remote
role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary
actions
Interpret enterprise bargaining agreements and handle workplace
disputes
Manage a range of contentious and non-contentious employment
matters, including employee claims
Required Qualifications
3-11 years of post-admission experience in employment law
Experience in either private practice or in-house, preferably
in-house
Proficiency in handling workplace investigations and disputes
Knowledge of EBA interpretation and employee claims
Ability to access major hubs such as Sydney, Brisbane, or
Melbourne
