We are actively seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join and grow in the PPG organization. Our CNC Programmers support short and long-term projects by producing CNC programs for 2-axis lathes through 5-axis mills. Highlights and BenefitsQuarterly profit-sharing bonus; eligible upon hirePaid time off401(k) with company matchPaid holidaysTuition / professional development reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insuranceOptional HSA with company contributionShort-term disability, long term disability, and life insurance at no costLimitless opportunity for advancementRequirements:Develop and modify programs for CNC mills and lathesProve out and debug NC programs as neededCollaborate with engineering to provide CNC programs as needed, utilizing customer specifications, blueprints, and CAD modelsCreate detailed setup sheets, tool lists and work instructionsDesign fixtures and develop a quality, reliable machining process while being mindful of project cost and scheduleContinuously improve new and existing processesProvide feedback and solutions to the Engineering and Production team Electrode designKnowledge, skills, and abilities3+ years of programming and machining experienceHigh school diploma requiredAbility to utilize Siemens NX CAD/CAM or Camplete programming softwareMastercam and SolidWorks experience preferredAttention to detail, cleanliness, and organizationStrong blueprint reading and GD&T skillsKnowledgeable in cutter selection and modern manufacturing methods Comfortable holding tight tolerances on high value parts Experience with exotic or high-temp materialsExperience programming graphite geometry preferred, but not requiredStrong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office productsCompensationCompensation for this role is negotiable based upon experience and ability#ZRPI9e5906619f17-25660-36377503
