Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end talent acquisition for requisitions across
Engineering teams
Act as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and
executives to enhance people strategy
Source, screen, offer, and close candidates for challenging
positions
Required Qualifications
Experience in a startup environment with high ambiguity
Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals and structured
hiring
Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new processes and
software
