Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team at Spherion. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with projects. You will also help prepare parts for painting, hang parts on the line, and remove parts after they have been painted. Additionally, you will pack and prepare products for shipment after they are complete.Key Responsibilities

Lift up to 50 lbs and follow directions in a team environment
Load and unload materials, clean work areas, and assist with projects
Help prepare parts for painting, hang parts on the line, and remove parts after they have been painted
Pack and prepare products for shipment after they are completeRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow directions, and work well in a team environment. You should also be able to load and unload materials, clean work areas, and assist with projects as needed.
