Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Specialist III
to work 100% remote with an active secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional programs and training materials
for military and civilian students
Conduct instructional analysis and create multi-media training
plans with accompanying lessons
Assist with business development activities, including proposal
writing and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Active secret clearance
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or HS Diploma with 13
years of experience
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond, JIRA, and Microsoft
Project
Experience with training acquisition and development
Ability to develop and analyze training-related metrics and
business processes
