Diagnostic Imaging Specialist OpportunityDMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is a leading healthcare provider offering a comprehensive range of services, including cardiac care, cancer treatment, and emergency medicine. Our hospital operates over 21 outpatient care sites and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Wayne and Oakland Counties.In this role as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will perform diagnostic Mammographic exams, verifying patient identity and reviewing medical records for appropriateness. You will also interview patients to obtain medical history and assess risk factors, explain procedures, and acquire high-quality images.

• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance patient care and reduce wait times.
• Provide education and training to residents, student technologists, and new employees.**Qualifications:**Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Mammography (M).American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training required.**Key Skills:**Analytical and clinical skills for patient care and image quality.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration.
