Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Representative to investigate
and resolve auto and property damage claims while providing
exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and explain coverage to policyholders and set clear
expectations on the claims process
Investigate and evaluate claims by conducting interviews and
gathering evidence, while documenting all interactions
Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with other
departments to ensure timely responses and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
Associate degree is preferred
Customer service experience is required
6-12 months of related experience is preferred
Must be able to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon
hire
