A company is looking for a Training Specialist - Americas
(Pacific or Mountain Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, interactive content for customer training on
product offerings and cryptocurrency developments
Build expertise in the product suite and assist others in
developing similar skills
Collaborate with various teams to enhance training programs and
meet customer learning needs
Required Qualifications
Experience in investigations, AML, or financial compliance, with a
proven ability to learn new fields quickly
Experience designing and delivering virtual and onsite training
globally
Interest in blockchain technology and a strong desire to learn new
tech trends
Customer enablement experience, particularly with large
enterprises
Background in learning and development within a SaaS
organization
