Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products within the plant. This includes preparing materials for shipment, managing inventory, and operating various types of forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure smooth production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately read work orders to pull and prepare products for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and note any discrepancies.
• Stage materials at designated production locations and ensure timely retrieval.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized storage by sorting materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to product codes.
• Communicate and escalate issues such as damages or shortages to supervisors or management.
• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks proficiently.
  Qualifications:
  
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks with certification and proven proficiency.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret work orders.
  • A safety-conscious mindset with attention to detail in handling materials.
