Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist I who
must reside in PST and be bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach
campaigns
Utilize prospecting techniques to engage with patients and
encourage appointment scheduling
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless
patient experience
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Must reside in the Pacific Standard Time zone
At least 3+ years of healthcare experience conducting outbound
calls to patients
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and
other healthcare software
Preferred experience working with Zendesk
