Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer
to create impactful learning experiences for its global revenue
team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sales enablement training materials, including
PowerPoint decks and eLearning modules
Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to tailor
training solutions based on identified needs
Gather feedback and utilize metrics to refine training materials
and enhance learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
BS/MS in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology,
Communications, or a relevant field
5+ years of experience in instructional design and training content
creation, preferably in sales enablement
Experience with graphic design and video software, such as Adobe
Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong project management skills to meet design timelines
Knowledge of adult learning principles and interest in
sales-focused training
