Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Acquisition Specialist to
attract top talent and manage the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive
candidate experience
Identify, recruit, and source candidates in the radiation oncology
and healthcare SaaS fields
Collaborate with business leaders to define hiring requirements and
assess recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of progressive experience in agency or corporate
recruiting
3+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge of Human Resources policies, employment law, and
interviewing techniques
