Job Description:

Responsibilities:Responsible for Ensuring safe and efficient operation of plant processes by designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable instrumentation and control systems.

Resolve instrumentation problems, address process issues, tune control loops, and conduct functional ESD checks.
Execute minor project upgrades (instrumentation and control loops).
Capital projects support for instrumentation and controls in the areas of design, installation, and commissioning.
Perform configuration activities, manage alarms, and maintain operator graphics on the plant DCS.
Develop and optimize Routine and Predictive Maintenance for existing and new instrumentation and analytical equipment while also reviewing past PM and recommend updates.
Manage the calibration requirements of plant quality critical instrumentation and serve as the ISO Coordinator for facility maintenance.
Conduct training for the instrument maintenance team to grow skills.
Maintain close working relationships with leadership, production, maintenance, EHS and third-party contractors/consultants.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience working with process instrumentation and control systems.
Proven experience with process instrumentation and control systems.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, motivated, results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong oral and written communication skills.

Positions requires lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, turning, grasping and walking on uneven surfaces.
