Job Description:

A company is looking for a DMV Operations Specialist to join their Title & Registration team.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with state agencies regarding title and registration matters
Utilize knowledge of DMV processes to ensure multi-state compliance
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

Experience with DMV operations in the automotive industry
Knowledge of purchase and sale documentation processes
Familiarity with automobile terminology
Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
