? Location: Avon, OH

? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
? Pay: $20-$22/hour (based on experience)
? Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

? Job Summary:
Join a busy, full-service metal stamping and fabrication shop specializing in aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass. As a MIG Welder, you'll perform hands-on welding and fabrication work based on blueprints, producing quality parts for industries like aerospace, appliances, HVAC, and electrical. You'll need prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a solid welding skill set-this position is not suited for entry-level candidates.

?--- Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on custom metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Lay out and position materials before welding
• Ensure strong, clean welds with attention to finish
• Support shop operations with additional fabrication tasks as needed
• Lift materials up to 40 lbs Requirements:
  • MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting required
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and part layout
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and works at a steady pace
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Must bring personal welding helmet for weld test
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
