Job Description:

Clean Harbors located in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Facility Technician I. The Facility Technician I will be responsible for completing all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. This includes loading / unloading trucks, preparing waste shipments, reconciling inventory, general housekeeping, and compliance with waste storage.

Pay: $20/HR

Shift: Training 1 st shift- six months- 4:00am-12:00pm Mon-Fri. The employee may then transition to a second shift position which would be 3:30pm-12:00am Mon-Fri. OT and Saturdays may be needed at this location due to business volume.

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Load and unload route trucks;
  • Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center;
  • Manage inventory order and receiving process;
  • General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area;
  • Ensure waste is stored in safe and proper manner.
    
    Qualifications
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required;
    • Experience and familiarity with Excel, Word, etc;
    • 1 plus years of related labor experience preferred;
    • Ability to shave down to a mustache for a respirator fit test;
    • Forklift skills preferred.
