Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst responsible for
managing employment data and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process employment-related documents
accurately and timely
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and departments to ensure accurate
payroll processing
Respond to inquiries regarding HRIS data and troubleshoot related
issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
At least 3 years of HRIS system or relevant experience
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
Proficient in HRIS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office products
Ability to maintain professionalism and manage confidential matters
effectively
