*** Contract position for 6+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH (Strongsville)


Business Systems Analyst ( Voice/Phone Fraud Detection Systems ) :

- Develop comprehensive understanding of fraud detection product functionality, use cases, and strategic roadmap
- Analyze and document system architecture and Application Programming Interface (API) integrations ( between PNC systems and Pindrop solutions )
- Write detailed user stories for product enhancement and optimization initiatives
- Support fraud detection, fraud investigations, and fraud case analysts using Pindrop system
- Optimize and scale existing phone fraud detection product capabilities


Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with fraud detection systems in financial services / banking industry, specifically from Pindrop ( www.pindrop.com )
- Experience with internal and external API integration and documentation
- Experience working in fast-paced Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and proven user story writing skills
- Any experience with Genesys Cloud contact center platform and Salesforce CRM) will be a plus
