Responsibilities Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings. Execute high-quality carpentry work for custom building and remodeling projects. Assist the Superintendent in coordinating and overseeing project completion. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Lead, mentor, and support newer carpenters while fostering a positive work environment. Uphold and model our company's core values. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on carpentry experience. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, installation, and construction methods. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and mentor others. Accountability, ownership, and pride in craftsmanship. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.
