A company is looking for a Site Coordinator - Transportation &
Event Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales reps and clients to design tailored
transportation and event logistics solutions
Provide consulting on route planning and transportation
optimization for high-profile events
Manage pre-sales efforts, including RFPs and coordinating work
streams across teams
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in ground transportation, event logistics, or
a similar field
Proven track record in pre-sales consulting and client logistics
optimization
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders
Collaborative mindset to work across departments for
customer-centric solutions
Experience with transportation management software or related tools
is preferred
