Role overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National
Account Executive to join our team and take part in growing the
brokerage from its early stages. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in freight sales, possess an existing book of
business, and thrive in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
This role offers a high-commission structure, providing unlimited
earning potential for top performers.What you'll do
- Client Acquisition & Management: Develop
relationships/opportunities with shippers and leverage existing
relationships to expand your network.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market
conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
- Maintain Targets: Hit daily call and outreach targets that are
customized to your specific sales strategy and performance.
- Opportunity Quoting: Competitively quote prospects and
customers in a manner that is advantageous to the relationship as
well as the company's goals.What you'll bring

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in freight sales with a
demonstrable book of business.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Works with high agency while embracing a collaborative team
mindset.
- Contribute positively to our company culture with energy and
enthusiasm.
- Deep understanding of key metrics and targets relevant to
freight brokerage sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficient in CRM tools, DAT & Truckstop, and Microsoft Office
