Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 3-4 days per month
Clinic Practice Setting
10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician
Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
EMR - EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely Certification Requirements
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible State License Requirements
  - Ohio Additional License Requirements
    - State experience with required procedures; Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
