A company is looking for an Intake Specialist
(Bilingual/Spanish) to handle patient calls and appointment
scheduling remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to patients and schedule appointments for
multiple locations
Navigate NextGen to determine appropriate clinician and appointment
type for patients
Triage calls and document appointment requests professionally
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to adhere to a work schedule of 8am-5pm CT
Good fit for the job as determined by a skills assessment
